This Return and Refund Policy outlines the process and guidelines for returning products and seeking refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged.

Timeframe: You have 2 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After this period, we will not be able to process your return request.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at helloabhikhyanaturals@gmail.com . Provide your order details and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

Refunds / Exchanges:

Refund can be made on the following criteria:

1) If the product is damaged, parcel opening videos and pictures are needed to support your complaint. You can mail it to helloabhikhyanaturals@gmail.com

2) Further, we will either refund or exchange the product for you.

3) If a wrong product is delivered, we shall resend it. Videos or pictures are needed. Resending time is 1 week from the day of the complaint. Refund generation time is 4 days. after we receive the product.

4) For any exchange or refund, pictures of the product are compulsory within 2 days of the product delivery.

Non-Refundable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, such as gift cards or sale items or promotional items. Please contact our customer support team for clarification on specific product eligibility.
